You can be SS all the time with this mod, and transform into SS3 when you perform the Lvl. 3 Ultimate. 
Also, as a Color 4 you can select SSGSS Bardock. :)

Drag into the mods folder.

0.9 = First Version 
0.95 = Added UI
0.99 = Added Bardock SS3 & Bardock SSGSS
0.9999 = Now all the files are in only one .pak, besides that, is exact the same mod.
