Dizzy from Guilty Gear as a recolour for 21 

took me a bit to find the texture for the tail but damn it i managed :D

EDIT: Fixed the sleeves to be white with a blue outline at the end like dizzy's cannot believe i missed that honestly also nails are now pink like dizzy's 

the top of her hands are black and honestly i have tried moving everything around to fix that but to no avail as of right now (doesn't really look that bad just wanted to try anyway)
