I don’t have access to the colors 7 to 16, how can i unlock them?

Lol. You just need to play the game.
Earn money and buy Color07 to 12.
Color13 to 16 can be earn during the seasons of the year : 1 color / season (ie: summer).
Mods exists to unlock everything but the game give most of you need easily.

To unlock Color07 to 12, play the game and earn money. Colors 13 to 16 can be earned seasonally, one color per season, like summer. Mods can also unlock everything, but the game provides most things easily.
