How do i make my own music mod ?

i have a file with 37 musics in them (to replace the 37 Battle themes in the game), and for as long as i’ve searched (about 4 hours straight), i haven’t found a single tutorial on how to make my own music mod…

so here i am, and the end of my rope, asking for help, please don’t just give me a link to some 2015 tutorial. Give me an actual explanation… please.

And while i’m at it, i’m also trying to make an intro mod, so if anyone could explain that too, i’d like that, thank you.

 

(And again, there aren’t any tutorials anywhere)
