Mod not posting (Waiting for moderation)

Hello, I have posted a few mods to my channel for rocket league decals, however one of the decals will not post it gets stuck in waiting for moderation. I have waited for a few weeks and have even posted other decals after it and they go up. I have tried deleting it and reposting it and updating it, but to no avail. Does anyone know what to do in this situation?
