        I would like to have NPC’s in my bases that walk around and that converse. Video Game Mods says Hobo can do this. The problem is I can not find where and how to down load this. When I go to where I thought I could do this no luck. Please advise. Exactly where can I down load Hobo OR is there another mod that can place the NPC’s I am seeking in my bases?
