ENHANCED FACTIONS: MILITARY VERSION by ~infringement~

The second release of Enhanced Factions, now with standard military vehicles spawning and new textures for all Panauan military personnel. 

CHANGES TO VEHICLES:

All Factions now spawn in:

-MVV80's, MV Quartermasters, MV Commands and Wilforce Jeeps
-H-62 Quapaws and UH-10 Chippewas
-Attack Boats and Military Boats
-Fengding EC14FD2 Military trucks and Saas PP12 Hoggs

Reapers also spawn in Marten Storms and Sivirkin 15 Havoks.

Roaches now also spawn in Chepachet PVDs and Sivirkin 15 Havoks.

Ular Boys also spawn in Maddox FVA 45s and AH-33 Topachulas.

Panau Police spawn in military bikes, Wilforce Jeeps, MV's, APC's, as well as
attack boats, military boats, UH-10 Chippewas and AH-33 Topachulas.


CHANGES TO PEDS:

-All faction technicians have new textures.
-Reapers have a new red look, new camo pants and jackets, their beret is also now red.
-Roaches now have a new urban camo texture for their pants and an orange beret with sunglasses.
-Ular Boys have a new yellow look, jungle camo texture for their cargo pants and some other subtle  changes.
-Government elites now have a black digital camo uniform with grey body armour.
-Government colonels, bodyguards and blackhand troops also have new textures.

-Download Panau Police Uniform mod by jacobhinds to have cops spawn instead of ordinary soldiers



INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1- Drop heatspawn.bin and enemytypespawnsettings.bin into your dropzone folder.

2- Drop the eez files for the faction's new skins into your dropzone folder.
