Hillclimbing Chepachet PVD
This is my first mod. Changed some variables around on the Chepachet PVD, now it will climb just about any mountain out there. It's also a bit quicker, on flat groud that is. The E-Brake will stop you on a dime. It is also indestructible, aside from stopping flat on it's roof. Please feel free to leave some comments/suggestions. If anyone can get the uphill shifting to work better, please let me know! ENJOY!
