I've seen it in the comments left and right how one cannot work with the other yet nobody has even run the two weapons.bin through a bin2xml and put it through a diff viewer yet...

Anyway this here is a combination of the two mods 

Triggered Bombs V2 with Damage

This should fix that issue of not being able to use both at the same time for many players.
