Just Cause 2 – Definitive Edition

This is the Just Cause 2 - Definitive Edition mod-pack, which aims to massively overhaul Just Cause 2 and make it up-to-date in its gameplay and visuals. This is the best way to play Just Cause 2 today, as it totally remasters what is in my opinion the best Just Cause game in the series, and turns it into one of the greatest sandbox games ever made. Best part about this mod-pack is that it can run even on the slowest of PCs currently in the market at the highest settings @ 1920X1080 resolution.

It adds in higher-resolution as well as well-detailed terrain textures, high-quality custom skin for our protagonist Rico, higher resolution as well as more detailed day and night skyboxes, endless parachute thrusters/boosters which let you fly at the same speed as Just Cause 3's and 4's wingsuits, revamped camera, better FOV, faction wars, more aggressive enemy AI, a Panau Police department, higher NPC populace, better weapon textures and reworked damage, rebalanced health, enhanced vehicle controls, among other things.

I tried uploading this on Nexus Mods, but a moderator deleted it claiming that I can't re-upload others' mods without their permission, even though none of the mod creators in this case specified that prior permission was required before re-uploading their work. I have combined all these mods, ensuring stability as well as compatibility, and also provided an optional Reshade preset created by me for giving a photorealistic look to the game. Download the ZIP file. Inside it, you'd find a "Download link" text file with a Google Drive link in it. Copy-paste that link in your preferred browser's URL address bar and download the mod. Open the "README-INSTALLATION" text file inside the ZIP folder you just downloaded and follow it duly.
