Hate it when you are standing on a plane that's flying in the middle of nowhere and when you shoot it you get heat? This will happen no more, also you can shoot a few civilians without getting heat if there arent cops nearby. The cops will still respond to acts of violence normally if they are in the vicinity. This dosen't make you able to kill everything without getting heat though just a little more.
