Speed Barge
This includes a barge that has modded speed. It goes quite fast.. but slow enough so you can parachute out and grapple back to the boat and walk about.
As of right now it's simple.. just a speed change. It's fun to fool around with though. You'll need a black market mod (check the mod database for one) to spawn a barge.
