T20 Dragster

This is my first mod, so feel free to tell me where I could improve.

This changes the Snakehead T20 to a more dragster like feel. It isn't meant for turning while going to fast, although it can turn very sharply when you slow down a bit. Make sure you don't stop too fast or you'll flip. I still need to work on the intertia for rolls. I'm sure it'll be more fun if I make a race for it, or when multiplayer is released.

Completed:

Better stopping(Can go full speed and won't flip over when stopping!)

Sharper turning(still not to great at high speeds, but much better than previous)

Put it in archives_win32 instead of dropzone!
