Install: Put the file you want in your just cause 2 dropzone folder. if you already have a blackmarket mod with the tuktuk in it, you dont need the one i packed in. Just buy the tuktuk rickshaw (also called tuktuk taxi).

NOTE: If you want a Tuktuk like this with weapons send me a pm and I may do one but it seems its not possible with the tuktuk taxi (I will mod the other tuktuk).
