1. Open your documents folder, then open Square Enix > Just Cause 3 > Saves > (your SteamID64, mine is 7651198213638040), replace whatever is in there with what's in the 'Save' folder 2. Launch your game and hope for the best

This is my first time uploading a mod, so please don't bash me for anything I did wrong. The savegame itself has every gear mod unlocked, every location unlocked, but not the campaign. I've gotten to the point of only unlocking the new grapple hook and wingsuit. The FOWs are still active because they need to be disabled in certain missions.
