-Goto Just cause 3 directory (C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonJust Cause 3)

-Drag the folder called "Dropzone" into the directory

-Goto your steam library

-Right click Just cause 3

-Click properties

-Click set launch options

-Paste *everything* on the line below:

--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs .
