This mod will enable three debug areas i could find in the games files, these include:

• ui_test_wall from the file frontend.bl
• benchmark_gas_stations01 and benchmark_gas_stations02 from the files benchmark_gas_stations01.nl and benchmark_gas_stations02.nl
• dlc3_satellite_base_test from the file dlc3_satellite_base_test.bl

test wall is simply a text wall model without collission, why do i include it? Because it works! It can be found at a lighthouse southwest of manaea.

benchmark gas stations is a row of three gas stations at the right and left side of the road south of Babica

satellite test base is a giant sea heist base which is part of the stingray area, sadly it is mostly invisible, the collission is in tact though, it's located in the northwest of the stingray area

all of these areas are constantly loaded in as i found no file that is responsible for an area close enough to them that i could use for this, so they might cause slight fps drain, even more so in single player

The Rico skin i used is called "Bavarium outfit" and was made by Malobi37

To install the ui test wall and benchmark gas stations, you need to open up steam, then find Just Cause 3 Multiplayer in your list of games. Right-click it and click settings. Now click "Set launch options" and a new window will open up. Copy this:

--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs .

and paste it in there, then click "Done" to save it.

Now go to this filepath: Steam-folder> steamapps> common> Just Cause 3 (not mp!!)

Now create a new folder called Dropzone and you are done with setting things up.

For the satellite test base, drag the sea heist dropzone into the jc3 folder, so next to your normal dropzone, go into the sea heist dropzone and run "dlcpacker.exe"
