Grapple fix

This simple mod addresses a problem that causes the game to switch back to the Just Cause 2 grappling hook

I've seen a handful of people with this issue so I made this simple mod to fix it. This glitch doesn't affect the functionality of the grapple, only the model and sounds change, but most people would probably want to return to the JC3 one

In case you want to do the opposite and use the JC2 grapple over the JC3 one, then get >>>this mod<<<
