More Traffic
This mod increases the spawn limit for civilian vehicles allowing for bigger traffic jams and more chaos!
Just put the file "spawn_budget_pools.bin" into your settings folder in the dropzone folder in the Just Cause 3 directory. If you don't have a dropzone folder then you can make one or just copy the whole folder that comes with this download.
For any mods to work on Just Cause 3 you need to find Just Cause 3 in your list of games on steam. Right-click it and click settings. Now click "Set launch options" and a new window will open up. Paste this line of code below in there and click "Done".
