This mod makes all factions into your enemies, including the rebels. It also makes the rebels part of the authority so you will notice "AUTHORITY IN VIEW" indicators when near rebels.

If you haven't already, add this to your Just Cause 3 launch options without quotes: "--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs."

Extract the settings folder to the dropzone folder in your main Just Cause 3 directory. If you don't have a dropzone folder, make one.
