No Rebel Drop Timers + Enable Hidden Rebel Drops

Removes timers from rebel drops and enables hidden rebel drops.

1. Extract to your game directory. You can find your game directory in Steam by:
   1. Right-click Just Cause 3.
   2. Choose "Properties".
   3. Change to the "Local Files" tab.
   4. Click "Browse Local Files...".

   If you installed Steam to a custom location I'm sure you know where the Just Cause 3 files are located.

   Make sure you extract using directories! the files need to end up under the dropzone directory in the game directory!

2. You will need to add a few command-line arguments to enable the dropzone directory:--vfs-fs dropzone --vfs-archive patch_win64 --vfs-archive archives_win64 --vfs-fs .You can easily set this through Steam by:
   1. Right-click Just Cause 3.
   2. Choose "Properties".
   3. Click "Set Launch Options...".
   4. Paste the arguments line into the text box, and click "OK".
