Non-Functional Grappler

If you were getting tired of Just Cause 3 and needed a challenge that changes things up, look no further than my mod - the Non-Functional Grappler.  As the title suggests, this reduces the grapple range to zero making it impossible to use - the L1 button (or whatever the keyboard key is, I don't use a keyboard to play) now just makes a click sound.  Now try completing the game!  I haven't tried missions with this yet, so some missions may break.  That being said, this mod is best used outside of missions.
