This is the modpack of the Just Cause 3 Multiplayer Freeroam Unlimited, the most feature rich Just Cause 3 Multiplayer freeroam server in existence! It includes ALL my mods i released publicly before plus many more that only work in multiplayer, additionally, it also includes Freeroam Unlimited compatible versions of released by other modders, such as Protato, Electro, Hugom2, Vic, Schweizer and more!

 

This will only work for multiplayer, so do NOT try to install it for singleplayer, as it includes mods that will crash singleplayer

Hive and prison area loaded in freeroam

This mod will enable two normally mission exclusive areas!

  • “The hive” From the last mission of the Mech Land Assault DLC
  • The prison area from the mission “The great escape”

 

They will be fully exploreable in multiplayer freeroam as i also removed any doors blocking access to them!

At some points in those areas, the walls and ground will unload as i had to load them with another file that is responsible for a location nearby and beeing too far away from it causes the game to unload them, this is very minor though and the collision will stay active

 

The only problem caused by the Hive can be very, very rare crashes when loading the area and the tower above the hive having black textures, just like some smaller objects in the base

It might cause other problems with singleplayer, as it is only tested in multiplayer which ignores a lot of the stuff singleplayer doesn’t, like npc spawns

 

The Rico skin i used is called “Bavarium outfit” and was made by Malobi37

Sky Fortress enabler for multiplayer

This mod will enable you to activate the Sky Fortress and Bavarium Wingsuit before it’s introduction mission would

All you have to do to activate it is have Rico take damage, which calls the event that enables the Sky Fortress and the Bavarium Wingsuit!

 

This will also allow you to use these items in Just Cause 3 Multiplayer where they are not available at all…

This will not give you any advantages as the boost and cooldown settings from the server will not be overwritten by the Bavarium Wingsuit and it’s weapons are not synchronised with other players or are impossible to precisely aim. The missiles and minigun will not work on other player’s vehicles, the missile causes no harm to players and the minigun sprays way to much to precisely aim, even with a stationary target.

You will have to enable it every time you restart the game as it is not saved.

 

I also removed Rico’s drowning sound as it sometimes fails to deactivate in mp and never stops until the game is restarted

RandomEnvironment

This mod only for multiplayer!

This simple plugin adds on your server the weather, which changes automatically.

You shouldn’t anymore to use /weather command. This plugin will change the weather from time to time.

Each weather has the chance of emergence. For example, snow always has chance 2%. It means that it’s very rare.

Note: chances change in depending of time. For example, at night fog is more probable than rain. At day rain is more probable than fog. The thunderstorm is also possible


You can set up speed of changing day. By default one in-game minute = three real seconds. Also time is displayed in the left from bottom.

Attention! It’s recommended to disable time changing in default freeroam package (if you’ve installed it)

Go to /packages/freeroam/gm/ and open file timeManager.js.

On 11thline you should find next line:

VehicleBomb

This mod only for multiplayer!

Do you need to move away your opponent? You can install a bomb in his car.

Do you need to destroy the bridge or the excavator? You can install a bomb and several shells on it, then to blow up by pressing of the one button or to use the timer.

This plugins adds three types of bomb for vehicle

Sensor

The vehicle will explode as soon as someone gets into it.

Timer

The vehicle will explode after the specified time.

and, of course, Detonator

The vehicle will explode by one pressing of the button which you will select at first.


But don’t forget: If you want to get into some car, then be careful! If the car hasn’t exploded after you have got into it, check is the bomb installed. It is recommended to check the car for existence of a bomb 2-3 times.

How to set the bomb?

At first you must be in any vehicle. You can set only one bomb for one time.

Press DELETE. Then select any type and press Set. The bomb – not the living being and can explode even in case you sit in the vehicle!

OK. I found a bomb. How to defuse it?

Press END. Your character will begin to look for a bomb. It can take from 1 to 10 seconds. It is worth noticing that the character not always manages to find a bomb therefore it is recommended to check the car 2-3 times.

So, you found a bomb. You will see 4 numbers, which change very quickly. Click number and press number (numpad also supported) on your keyboard which is shown. You must do that with all 4 numbers. Be careful and goodluck!

Height Indicator

ATTENTION! THIS IS FOR MULTIPLAYER, NOT FOR SINGLEPLAYER!

This plugin adds height indicator on your server. Now, flying on plane or helicopter, you can easily look at the height.

The plugin shows height above sea level in meters. The indicator automatically turns on if to get into helicopter or plane. However, you can turn on it even during walking, having pressed the Insert button. It is also possible to choose colors of the indicator. White and black. How it switches:

First pressing Insert: black color

Second: white

3rd: off

4th: black

5th: white

6th: off

and so on.

The plugin saves the chosen color after you exited air transport. After an entering or after pressing Insert the indicator will turn on with a color chosen by you.
