I made four mods for this occasion so please enjoy!

This includes

To spawn the vehicles, use the entity spawner with the following commands:

cs odjur – spawn shieldodjur
AE86 – spawn ae
ducky rico – spawn ricoduck

Scorpion Rico

This mods turns Rico into a scorpion. He walks along the ground and his weapons and stuff float above him. Works well with the Kousavá. Unlike my previous mod, this one doesn’t break any core features of the game because it’s just a model swap. Have fun!

“More Scorpio” Skin

My first go at a texture mod for JC3~

I wanted to change some colours around a little bit to feel like Just Cause 2… which basically means black and red. I also wanted to change the Bavarium Wingsuit to match the rest of the colour scheme.

Huge thanks to LukeJC for showing me how to edit and pack the LOD textures!

Black Hand spy skin

This mod replaces the default Rico skin with a black hand styled skin! There are also many hidden eastereggs!

TOTALLY JUST A CITIZEN (re done)

the original I published had too many bugs so This is the reboot

I DID NOT MAKE THE CONTENTS OF THIS MOD, I JUST SPENT HOURS GROUPING TOGETHER AND EDITING ALREADY EXISTING MODS

Alright where to start

CONTENTS:

Changes loadout with custom save file

Changes all bases to be run by the police with save file

When you destroy a police base the mafia come in (And yes the mafia attack you)

Makes Rico wear a red jacket and brown pants

Replaces rebels with mafia (Model not changed because they already look enough like mafia)

Replaces DRM with police (Models changed)

[POSSIBLY] Changes the rebel drop

Changes the main menu

Epic police chases

Heres how I make sense of this mod:

If you break any laws the police come after you

When a police base is destroyed the mafia come and use it as a base to hide from more police

The mafia come and attack you on the street for no reason because, Thats how mafia works

—If anyone got that pun you get a invisible virtual high five that doesnt exist

Celebration Mod Pack

Explosive Ammo

Each weapon can be modified to have high explosive ammo!

From the Minigun to the Shotguns to the SMGs, each weapon can be changed to have explosive ammunition.

BE CAREFUL!!
Enemies gain the explosive upgrade too, there’s no way around this…

Overweight Rico

Rico’s been eating at Mario’s grandmatra’s one too many times, now whenever he ragdolls he’s heavier than a dump truck!

Variety

3 mods in one!

Enemy Spawn Variety:

More variety in enemies that spawn, from Titans to Police Captains!

Regionless Weapon Racks:

Find almost any weapon in the game at almost any weapon rack.

Enemy Weapon Variety:

A tad buggy, enemies will spawn with a larger variety of weapons to attack Rico with!

Nitrous & Turbo Jump Everywhere

Rather self explanatory, every vehicle that spawns has max level turbo jump and max level nitrous!
Including the military!

Sprinting

Finally, Rico learns how to sprint! Rico automatically sprints, but if it’s a bit too fast in-game, either switch versions or hold left control to slow yourself down.

Just Better Heat

Mechs & Drones can spawn to fight alongside the Military!

Don’t want drones? Included are versions that only add Mechs or only add Drones.

And while I was here, I added Bavarium tanks and helicopters as separete versions if you want an extra challenge.

High velocity Freefall

Whenever Rico enters his freefall state, he gains a burst of speed forward at the cost of falling much much faster. Balancing speed with lift can result in crazy fast speeds!

Pull your chute or wingsuit to prevent embarasing faceplants.

BONUS MOD
Loading…

Use these different settings to affect how the game loads. Aimed for lower end computers, you could see an increase of up to 15 FPS! Higher end computers won’t experience as drastic changes, however you may find less pop-in occurring
If you are choosing to install a version that increases spawns or textures, make sure you have enough RAM/VRAM!

Invisible Rico (My First Mod)

This mod will make rico invisible and npcs unable to see you.

(some npcs like drones might still see you)

Rebel Rico Wingsuit

Retextures the Bavarium Wingsuit to match A More Rebel Rico skin. The author claims it “matches” but it doesn’t :p

*requires Sky Fortress DLC

The default wingsuit retexture doesn’t work properly for some reason, and I can’t figure it out, so it’s not included (it’s only visible during particular camera and player positions; I’m guessing it’s a shader/renderer or texture clipping issue… there seem to be multiple different instances of the default wingsuit textures in the game’s files, and I’ve tried replacing two different ones; if it decides to work I will upload it with this.)

Just Another Rico Reskin: 2

A nice alternative to the original Just Another Rico Re-skin. Check it out on my uploader profile if you wish.

-Gives Rico a black/white jacket, red undershirt, khakis, grey watch, and (if you don’t have sky fortress dlc) black straps. (I will support this mod for sky fortress in the future)
