1. Open your documents folder, then open Square Enix > Just Cause 3 > Saves > (your SteamID64, mine is 7651198213638040), replace whatever is in there with what’s in the ‘Save’ folder
2. Launch your game and hope for the best

This is my first time uploading a mod, so please don’t bash me for anything I did wrong. The savegame itself has every gear mod unlocked, every location unlocked, but not the campaign. I’ve gotten to the point of only unlocking the new grapple hook and wingsuit. The FOWs are still active because they need to be disabled in certain missions.

JC3 100% RE-OPRESSED SAVE GAME WITH ALL SKY/MECH DLC UNLOCKED

This save file has all rebel drops, gear mods, and challenges fully unlocked along with every
base/outpost/town liberated then re-oppressed for the skyfortress dlc, mech assault dlc, and main game.

Be sure to backup before installing if you don’t want to lose your current save :3

then beat the mech assault dlc story/gear mods then re-oppressed all the bases)

For anyone who is confused you need the sky fortress and mech land assault dlc to use this save.

UPDATE: Based on comments I see there is some confusion about a few bases not being oppressed, i had not said it before but the bases that are still not oppressed are places that are impossible to re-oppress.

100% Complete/Re-Oppressed Save + Sky Fortress

This save file is the completed version of Just Cause 3, but with all settlements and bases re-oppressed. Features include:

All unhidden rebel drops unlocked
All gear mods unlocked including Sky Fortress DLC
All challenges unlocked
All bases/settlements re-oppressed

There is no current ability to be able to re-oppress the sky fortress and associated places, therefore they are still under rebel control. This save requires the Sky Fortress DLC or it will start a new save. This is the only save that includes the DLC.

Air Pack DLC Save at Beginning of Game (New Wingsuit Unlocked w/ All Mods)

Hey guys, here is a save thats right after the “Suit Up” mission. This is at the beginning of the game, so you can destroy all the outposts you want.

Save Files For Every Mission

This mod is a collection of save files that are saved just before every single mission in the game, allowing you to replay any mission you like. Apart from the first four missions (due to lack of fast travel), all missions have all settlements liberated so you can spawn more vehicles from the Rebel Drop app.
