In ALL versions, the rebels (army of chaos) are in their tier 3 (the max. tier) look, meaning rebels look more like actual soldiers with their helmets & body armor, a cosmetic feature.
This mod does not convert ALL civilians to combatants. Only some or most.
No main characters are converted so the game doesn’t break.

This mod contains many different versions, from converting civilians to blackhand only, or a mix of both rebels & blackhand. Be sure to read the ReadMe txts to understand what each version does.
