The first Shallot mod for Dragon Ball Z Kakarot!

Mastaklo is making a better Shallot mod, and I've been working on this for like a week so I decided to post it

Issues:

- There are quite a bit of issues with arm rigging.

- The palm of the left hand peeks out for some unexplainable reason

- In the main menu he has messed up materials but that won't be the case in game.
