    this mod makes the terrain noise levels to basically zero. this means all planets will have a flat surface instead of using hills and mountains.

    this mod could be good for really low end systems that need to save every bit of cpu power. with the regular terrain in the screenshots shown i was using %67 cpu on a quad core just standing around and with the flat plains i was hitting around %52 to %55 cpu usage
