Make upgrades and fueling completely free

This mod makes almost everything free in the game. You no longer need materials in order to fuel your ship (Just left click and it will fill to full), you can add any upgrade to your suit, multi-tool or ship without the resources and also can buy ships and multitools for completely free.

Only thing i don't think is free is the space station shop.

How to set up the mod:

--Extract the file (_MOD.NoResourcesNeeded.pak) into any folder.

--Navigate to No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS

--Simply copy the file that came with this download and paste it over the original in PCBANKS
