About this Mod: Time to time you will warp into a system and find frigates "Fleet ships" that you cannot purchase, with this Mod all frigates can be purchased by going up-to them.
Default settings for purchase rate: 60%
Modded settings for purchase rate: 100%

Step one: Download the Mod by Clicking the download link.
Step Two: Use 7zip or WinRar to extract the downloaded file.
Step Three: Place the .pak file in the MODS folder of your NMS installation PCBANKS folder. make sure to delete or rename DISABLEMODS.txt before playing game.
