Remove Ship Scanning On planets

this removes ship scanning on planets to encourage exploration, scanner still works but it wont reveal points of interests on planets while in the ship, icons in space still get revealed, they have to, other wise you will never find space stations or anomalies

Please make sure you have created a "MODS" folder in, and deleted (or at least renamed/relocated) the .txt file from, your PCBANKS folder.

·Copy __MOD1_Ship.Scanner.Remover.pak to your MODS folder located in your PCBANKS folder. (Overwrite if previous version exists)
