found a important file

NMSARC.25E773B8.pak

and this file GCGRAPHICSGLOBALS.GLOBAL.MBIN

was inside of it which contains:

<Property name="EngineRenderDistance" value="5000000" />

i have increased the value to <Property name="EngineRenderDistance" value="9999999" />

i wanted to point out that adding a number to the values and trying to recompile with mbincompiler creates a bizarre output for the file that reads

<Property name="EngineRenderDistance" value="5E+08" />

i assume this is a limit or a bug and if you know what this means please tell me and maybe there is hope for expanding

the space travel distance even further!
