Super Hyperdrive

Multiplies all hyperdrive ranges by 1000.

This is a proof of concept to demonstrate that core data files, like the technology table, can be modified to have interesting effects. The next steps for the modding community would be to figure out how to add new entries to tables, and figure out a clean way to merge multiple table mods.

This mod, in its current form, overwrites the GcTechnologyTable and will conflict with any other mod that does so.
