Updated: Resolution dividers 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 51%, 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 95% and.. 150%,200%, 250% (haven't tested them .. potato...duhhuh).
This will decrease the internal resolution to 25% (0.25 multiplier - but..why?!), 40%, 51% or 75% making it able to run even on my old 750M (2 gb vram) laptop.
It works on Atlas 1.3.2.

Unpack and choose either the _NewPotato.25.pak (0.25 multiplier), _NewPotato.40.pak, _NewPotato.51.pak or the _NewPotato.75.pak file.
Move it into your <gamedir>GAMEDATAPCBANKSMODS folder, delete the <gamedir>GAMEDATASHADERCACHEfolder, delete the DISABLEMODS.TXT file .
My machine is a potato.
