To install the mods you need uMod (the modding tool).
You'll also need winrar/winzip/7zip to extract!

HurricaneModding
This mod is really awesome! But, how do I use it in the new Bakkesmod version of Alphaconsole? I know the ID is 803, and the skins ID is 0, but HOW do I set this to work when making my .json file?
