- Download the file from this website
- Create a new text file and cope paste this below: { "ConCon_Smiley": { "Diffuse": "ConCon_Smiley.png", "Mask": "", "Normal": "" } } (Check Comments for spacing.)
- Now, Create a folder and label it "Ball_Smile" and insert both of those files
- Open alpha console and go to the directory for ball decals
- Drag and drop the folder into the directory
- Restart Rocket League
