Download Process:

1. Download the file from this website
2. Create a new text file and cope paste this below: { "ConCon_Smiley": { "Diffuse": "ConCon_Smiley.png", "Mask": "", "Normal": "" } } (Check Comments for Spacing)
3. Now, Create a folder and label it "Ball_Smile" and insert both of those files
4. Open alpha console and go to the directory for ball decals
5. Drag and drop the folder into the directory
6. Restart Rocket League
