To use them you need to have downloaded Bakkesmod & the plugin Alphaconsole. Drag the file "Full Black" into C:UsersUrNameAppDataRoamingbakkesmodbakkesmoddataacpluginDecalTextures
After that, you can either restart your game, or enter the command "plugin reload acplugin" in the Bakkesmod console (F6 in game). Launch alphaconsole with the F5 key and select the decal you want to equip.
