Replaces: JonSandman flag (is glitchy tho)

1.Download uMod
2.Extract the files
3.Open up uMod
4.Press file and add game and choose rocket league where you have it saved
5.Press file and make sure global hooks are on
6.Launch Rocket League
7.Go back to uMod and right click and press Open texture
8.Choose the dds files in my folder
9.Done!

If the decal won't show up ingame, copy the d3d9.dll file into the Win32 folder in your game files.
