Press Win+R and type in: %appdata%
Go to: bakkesmod-bakkesmod-data-acplugin-DecalTextures
Copy the files in the rar file and paste them into the folder.
Press f5 in the game go to CosmeticMod press on DecalTexture and select one of the Nxt-Ddecal and you're done
