How to Install decals with AlphaConsole:

-Download and install BakkesMod and the AlphaConsole plugin

-Open Rocket League

-Open AlphaConsole plugin (F5)

-Click "Open Directory" under custom decals

-Extract the decal zip file and paste the extracted folder there

-Close and reopen Rocket League (or refresh decals with texture developer mode)

-Select your decal from the AlphaConsole plugin menu
