Your decal for octane got painted body parts? then your decal isnt working since the last update! Just add this .dds file to your decal and inject both of them together to get your painted body back! 

NOTE: This is a FIX no MOD !! Only for modders/decal creators! Mod-users actually don't need it!

All install instructions in the README.txt!

You'll need winrar/winzip/7zip to extract!
