Extract the Charlotte Phoenix Bundle.rar. Open the Bakkesmod Program, click File -> Open Bakkesmod Folder. Then click data -> acplugin -> DecalTextures -> and place all 3 Charlotte Phoenix Folders in the DecalTexture folder. Start Rocket League, load the decals in the Alpha Console Menu and enjoy!
