[Sticky] Announcing a Modding bounty to help kickstart the modding scene! $500 Reward for modding tools

I'm going to update the full terms and conditions soon, so its more detailed, but for now I want to add, the exclusivity will be for 30 days only. Mods and tools need to be verified so payments will happen after 60 days, winners will be emailed asking for their Steam ID.

Also multiple people can enter for the mod tools, the first full set of tools that allow customs assets into the game will be awarded the reward. Please provide very detailed instructions and guides on how to use the tools, with screenshots if possible.

What really needs to be created is a tool similar to the one Eternity created for Xenoverse 2.

Such a tool would do a similar function to the Xvins patcher when installing mods.

we don't need tools for this since this is made with unreal engine.   the thing we need to do is crack the setup they have for the code so we can force new characters to be load or inject them.    get some tutorials out there to show how to work with the internal code.   same can go for stages.

this is gonna be a race between gamebannas mod tool universum and whoever makes one that can make custom characters like XV2
