little dumb idea I had since both Xemnas and Cell share the same Japanese voice, the model also got its face animated.
I also made a final form variant so you can choose which one you prefer(in any case it replace perfect cell and cell perfect form as those two form use the same model)
simply extract the zip file and move all files in your ~mod/ folder
