Light Speed Attack V3

This mod adds a lot of changes for sonic.

- He now has newer sprites,

-He has new moves (grabs, throws, attacks, etc)

-He is slower (too fast before)

-His attacks do less damage

-His spindash lasts a bit longer

-He can use his sonic eagle

-He has a new intro animation

-Less jumps

-He doesnt look ugly

-He takes less knockback
