This is Monkey D. Ruffy (or Luffy if you prefer his english name) as a custom mod which is much more accurate to the source than the official SSF2 version. Even though I was planning on doing this mod originally the fact that SSF2 one is so lackluster made me drive forward with this even more. The mod has a playable Final Form with Gear 4th Boundman. The sprites for it were done by me for this mod originally before I released it to the public and the MUGEN community started using it everywhere. The mod also comes with a huge Thousand Sunny stage.
The Dressrosa outfit in one of the image is something that will come up with version 2, a.k.a the next balance patch and later once I finished the Snakeman sprites there will be a Snakeman variation of the mod too.

Important note:
The mod has custom moveset, but due to the 3 category limit I couldn't add the custom category to it.

Put the data file into your SSF2's data folder and don't forget to make a backup.
