SSF2 Lucina SSBU mod

This is the Lucina SSBU mod for SSF2 Project B.

Below is the list of changes:

• All of Marth's moves do the same damage as Lucina's moves in SSBU
• The power, knockback, and hitstun of the tipper and hilt were averaged (example: F-smash now does 15% all the way through)
• *NEW* Now has directional airdodge (also look at the other mods b/c directional airdodge is on those mods too)
