Android Nº21 voice For Cac & Arkano mod

I based this mod off of Arkano Android 21 mod, it includes the voice for cac and his mod but if ur using it for his mod it replaces towa voice unless u know how to make it separate (im still new to this)

I might make changes to the cac version & make a better vid of all the voices I added but for now a short break ;3

Added note: i made a custom Z soul for my Char that i didnt release because its to op , and in the video i couldnt handle its speed  XD
