Broly Collar Accessory & Cheelai Scouter Without Hair + Variants

Adds Broly's Collar from the outfit as an accessory and Cheelai's scouter without the hair.

In terms of the Broly Collar this is my first time creating an accessory like this so if there are any problems please feel free to tell me.

And because I didn't want to just leave the Cheelai scouter by itself I added some color variations using the "dyt's" from the other scouter's in the game with their respected scouter overlay's

The gold scouter might look weird because I am using "dyts" from the existing gold scouter but I ain't no artist so oh well.
